I succeeded this morning. Do not know why actually. Contacted Apple Support like for hundred times, emailed Mr. Tim Cook as well lol. But yesterday the money was deducted from my account and this morning my account was activated. I do not know why I succeed to be honest, after more than 2 months of trying over and over again.
